Snack time! Aren't these apple slices beautiful? To be honest, apples and peanut butter isn't one of my favorite snacks-- I far prefer salty to sweet-- but it's fast and, at the moment, mostly-seasonal.

my favorite snacks can be any of the following: oatmeal w/hempmilk or almond-milk & fresh/dried fruit; cereal/granola w/hempmilk almond-milk, or ricemilk; a homemade baked good with a glass of hempmilk and dried fruit; a Larabar and an apple; cashew-butter-banana-pudding (homemade - just purée a banana with 3 Tbsp. cashew-butter in food processor) with crispbread and raisins.

My friend and I were recently discussing about the prevalence of technology in our day to day lives. Reading this post makes me think back to that discussion we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.
